Apasionada de la moda y el arte, Claudia siempre siguió la carrera de la aclamada ilustradora Blair Breitenstein, quien por su característico trabajo ha colaborado con marcas como Chanel, Prada y Miu Miu.

“Todo empezó por Blair, me fascinan sus ilustraciones. Recuerdo que hace muchos años vi una de sus piezas en Vogue y me enamoré. Entonces, a raíz de eso me inspiré para crear mi propia marca”, dijo Claudia.

Hace un año y medio, la empresaria de nacionalidad Mexicana, decidió mandarle un mail a Blair y proponerle una colaboración para una nueva marca de bolsas de piel. Así fue como Chocolat Noir nació.

“Me atreví a tomar el riesgo y pensé que lo peor que podía pasar era que no me contestara, y que lo mejor era que iba a cumplir mi sueño. Estoy orgullosa de haberlo logrado y que las piezas estén hechas 100 por ciento en México”, contó Claudia.

La primera colección está compuesta por cuatro piezas de cantidad limitada y con diseños exclusivos. Las bolsas se venden en Saks Fifth Avenue México y se planea que cada temporada sea con un ilustrador o artista distinto.

“Estoy muy emocionada de estar aquí, siento que las bolsas quedaron muy bien. Es increíble viajar a un país diferente y ver que hay personas que vienen a ver nuestro trabajo y que visitan la tienda”, compartió Blair.
