Para este #OctubreRosa, te dejamos esta receta de un salmón al horno que es fácil de preparar y delicioso al paladar. También puedes utilizarla en cualquier filete de pescado de tu preferencia. 

Receta: 8 porciones

Ingredientes:

– lonja de salmón con piel de 1kg
–¼ taza de jugo de limón amarillo
–½ taza de leche de coco
–1 ralladura gruesa de limón amarillo
–1 ralladura gruesa de naranja
–2 cdas de perejil picado
–¼ taza de jugo de naranja natural
– ¼ cdita de pimienta cayena
–½ cdita de peperonccino
–2 cditas de sal
–¼ taza de aceite de oliva
–3 cdas de cebollín picado

Modo de preparación:

1.-Precalentar el horno a 180ºC.
2.-Para el marinado, mezclar la leche de coco, jugo de limón, jugo de naranja, pimienta cayena, peperonccino, aceite de oliva  y sal. Reservar la mitad del marinado.
3.-Colocar las lonjas de salmón en una charola para hornear, bañar con la mitad del marinado y colocar las ralladuras de limón y naranja sobre el salmón. Hornear de diez a 12 minutos.
4.-Sacar del horno, bañar con el resto del marinado caliente y decorar con cebollín.

Impresiona a tus invitados y familiares al mismo tiempo que mantienes una alimentación saludable.
